Voter Information

To be eligible to vote, you must be:

• 18 years of age

• A Canadian citizen

• A resident of BC for the last 6 months

• A resident of the City of Abbotsford
   

Identification Requirements

Electors must submit 2 pieces of identification that, together, provide evidence of your residency and identity. One item must contain your signature. Please note that your voter card cannot be used as identification.

Examples of acceptable identification:

• Government ID (Care Card, Driver’s license, SIN, BC ID, Passport)

• Utility Bill

• Credit Card

• Property tax notice

• BC Property Assessment Notice
